Privacy policy
Clinical Forage is a static educational website. It has no accounts, screening forms, participant database, or contact form.
Publisher and contact
Kerr Media LLC publishes Clinical Forage. Send privacy questions to hello@clinicalforage.com or use the publisher address on the About page. Do not include health records or private study information.
Information the site receives
The hosting provider may process routine request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status, and security signals. These server logs support delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security. Retention follows the hosting provider’s configuration and legal obligations.
Clinical Forage does not operate a registration system, user profile, eligibility questionnaire, patient portal, or study application.
Local-only tools
Calculator, checklist, worksheet, glossary-search, and ledger entries run in your browser. Clinical Forage’s code does not save or transmit those entries. A browser may restore form values through autofill or session history. Use each tool’s Clear control before leaving a shared device. Avoid entering diagnoses, names, study subject numbers, financial account information, or other sensitive data.
Email links open your email service. If you send a message, Kerr Media LLC may receive your email address, message, and attachments. Use email for corrections, source suggestions, and publication questions. Do not send medical records, laboratory results, insurance data, government identifiers, consent forms, or study applications.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
As of September 6, 2026, Clinical Forage does not load analytics or Google AdSense ad-serving JavaScript and does not set a first-party tracking cookie. The AdSense ownership meta tag and ads.txt file do not display ads.
If advertising or analytics is activated, this policy will identify the service, purpose, data involved, cookie use, choices, and effective date. Required consent tools will be enabled for applicable regions before ad serving. Google explains how it uses information from partner sites in its partner-site notice (opens in a new tab).
External links
Links to FDA, NIH, HHS, ClinicalTrials.gov, institutions, and other websites take you to their systems. Those sites control their own logs, cookies, forms, and privacy practices. Verify the destination before sending information.
Health information
Clinical Forage does not need your medical history to publish general education. Do not send health information. If you send it despite this notice, it will arrive through the ordinary communication service you chose and will not create a clinician-patient, researcher-participant, or referral relationship.
Disclosure and legal process
Information may be processed by hosting and email providers as needed to provide service, prevent abuse, comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights and security. Clinical Forage does not solicit or sell clinical-trial applications, participant records, or medical histories. Messages sent despite this warning are handled under the email and retention sections above.
Retention and requests
Ordinary correspondence may be kept for publication, correction, security, or business records. To request review or deletion of correspondence, email hello@clinicalforage.com from the address used for your original message. Legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping limits may apply. Server-log requests may require coordination with the hosting provider.
Children
The site provides general adult education and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an account or form.
Changes
Material changes receive a new effective date. Review this page before new analytics, advertising, forms, accounts, or data collection begins.
