Clinical research information should remain readable, navigable, printable, and usable without precise pointer control or visual decoration.
Design commitments
- Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, lists, tables, and links.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus.
- Provide a skip link and an operable mobile menu.
- Maintain readable contrast, scalable text, and responsive layouts.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Keep tools usable without submitting entries to a server.
- Provide print layouts for checklists, worksheets, and ledgers.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences.
Known limits
External agency and registry sites have their own accessibility practices. Generated PDF output can depend on your browser’s print system. The site currently publishes in English.
