Reconcile with one factual message
State the study identifier, site, activity date, expected amount, expected issue date, received amount, and the consent or schedule section you used. Ask for an itemized response.
Do not send card numbers, tax identifiers, or medical information in an ordinary email. Use the payment processor or site channel designated for sensitive data.
